Product Wizard
We're looking for an A+ product talent who can take full ownership of the roadmap and closely collaborate with the CEO and CTO on driving the company vision forward through better product design.
The Product Wizard will work closely with the CEO/founder and will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and user requirements, defining the product vision, UX and UI design, always working closely with engineering and marketing to ensure user engagement, retention and acquisition goals are met.
The Product Wizard's primary job is to be the keeper of our core objectives, to deliver the best video experience, and to translate that into actionable strategy and product. It will also be important to understand the mechanics of conversion funnels, activation and retention and have the right experience and mindset for fast product iteration and continuous testing.
We're looking for an A player with preferable 5-10 years experience in Product Management in cross platform and multimedia environment and / or social software.

Community Manager
Plizy is looking for a talented community manager who can assist the company in building up a close relationship with its customers.
Your first goal will be to grow and engage with Plizy's community and help the company reach a significant user base. In this context, you are expected to self manage and be able to take full ownership of the company's community management strategy by:
– Helping executives to define some communications and marketing strategy
– Engaging the user community and acquiring users through social media marketing, community animation and event planning
– Creatively and proactively assisting and educating users through the company's product
– Identifying and analyzing issues, patterns and trends in customer requests & product performance
– Establishing metrics & reporting on them on a daily / weekly / monthly basis including recommendations (including user acquisition, activation and activity)
– Staying up to date on new social media tools, best practices and how other organizations and companies are using them, so that the company can continue to be an early adopter of these technologies

Senior iOS Engineer
You'll be contributing to the development of our iOS applications, working closely with the product and backend teams.
You must have 2 years of experience in iOS or MacOS development, as well as a strong knowledge of C family languages (C/Objective-C/C++). Strong debugging and optimization skills are a desired. Knowledge of video playback mechanism on the IOS platform, CoreAnimation, WebKit and networking on iOS platform is a plus.

HTML5 Developer
Plizy is recruiting HTML5 developers.
Working closely with the product and backend teams, you will contribute to the development of the HTML components of the platform, including components specifically designed for the web, as well as in mobile and embedded environments (such as Connected TVs).
You will be contributing to the development of the HTML components of the platform, working closely with the product and backend teams. This will include components specifically designed for the web, integration in mobile native environment and in other periphericals as Connected TVs.

QA Engineer
Plizy is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to help lead testing efforts on our exciting product. You will help validate the features developed through different tests and situations to see how it holds up and performs. This is your chance to join a team that has proven itself by delivering high-quality products.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You must be an independent self-starter in order to do well in this role. Developing and fostering partnerships with cross-functional teams is key to long-term success. The person filling this position must be a hands-on, pro-active, self-motivated and seasoned SQA professional. Success in this position requires a strong ability to drive for results. The ideal candidate is a EE who moved into SW QA, or a SW QA person who like to play with software.
This is a fulltime position. Start date ASAP. Salary based on experience. On site.
Responsibilities:
– Assist and/or lead the definition, identification and creation test cases and test plans
– Clearly, concisely and accurately report status on a regular basis
– Work closely with cross-functional teams
– Create, maintain and expand test harnesses and scripts
– Work independently and drive to deliverables
– Be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process
Requirements:
– Experience testing software applications on a consumer device
– Debugging experience will be a strong plus
– Minimum of 2 years experience as an SQA engineer
– CS or EE degree or equivalent experience desired

Social Data Engineer
Plizy is recruiting social data engineers to join a young and dynamic team and contribute to the development of its recommendation engine for videos.
You will be working on a cloud based platform, integrating a search and indexation engine, contributing to the specification and development of algorithms to leverage all social interactions from our users for recommendation purposes. Results of this research will be integrated continually and optimally in a production environment.
