1. Privacy

Milestone Project Inc, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Delaware, and having its headquarter 60 broad Street Suite 3052, New York 10004 NY. Milestone Project Inc, offers a service under the brand Plizy. Plizy is a new way to discover and enjoy videos. As a video hub where you can watch, share and discuss all your favorite videos, Plizy is aware of Data Privacy issues and recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of all users ("you" or "Plizy Users"). Plizy encourages you to read carefully this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information we collect from our Plizy Users. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by Plizy, including the Plizy iPad application and the website located at plizy.com (collectively the “Services”). The Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by Plizy via the Services and shall not extend to any other website accessible via the Services.

The laws of the State of New York shall apply to the collection of Personal Information through the Services.

2. Collection and Use of Information

•  a. Personal Information

  Personal Information are collected and administered by us when you create your Plizy account and also in the course of using the Services. The type of Personal Information that Plizy may collect is your first name, last name, and email address. In the event that you’ve added any third party account (such as Facebook, Twitter or any other services) to your Plizy account, we will also collect the information required by such Third Parties to let you use Plizy with your Third Party account. Your personal login and password are strictly personal and their use remains under your responsibility. All Personal information you submit to us is provided to us voluntarily with your consent and knowledge when registering or creating an online account.

  All Personal Information you provided to us is used by us for many reasons including but not limited to (i) to permit the registration process, (ii) to respond to requests that you make, (iii) to provide you with the Services, (iv) to improve the Services, (v) to better tailor the features, performances, and support of the Services, (vi) and to offer you additional information, opportunities, and functionalities. Plizy Users may also provide to Plizy Personal Information in order to receive the newsletters, Services information and events information, to answer surveys, to enter contests and receive promotional emails.

  Personal Information collected will be stored and processed in the United States and France or any other place where Plizy and its affiliates maintain facilities, and by submitting your Personal Information, you consent to any such transfer of Personal Information outside of your country.

•  b. Non personal Information

  Plizy may automatically collect certain aggregated and non personal information regarding your use of the Services. This information is anonymous and statistical information that reflects the scope of our user base, customer patterns and related information. This anonymous information may include elements of your personal information that is not personally identifiable to you. All this Non Personal Information helps Plizy tailor our Services to our Plizy Users. Non Personal information is collected in some of the following ways:

  Our servers automatically track and collect information such as “Log Data” created by Plizy Users meanwhile using the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain name, pages visited, and search terms. Other actions, such as interactions with advertisements, may also be included in Log Data.

  Like many websites, we use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that is stored on your computer. Plizy may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand your interaction with the Services, to monitor aggregate usage by our Plizy Users and web traffic routing on the Services, and to always improve the Services. Most Internet web browsers automatically accept cookies. You may have the possibility, by editing the settings of your web browser, to disable cookies but the Services may not function in a proper manner. We may also use “web beacons” to track and collect Non Personal Information about your use of the Services. Web beacons are small pieces of code placed on the Services that can be used, among other things, to count the users who used the Services. Web beacons allow us to monitor how many users are visiting certain webpages that are a part of the Services and to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns.

  Plizy may automatically track and collect information such as your IP address, as well as the type of your computer, the unique device ID issued by the manufacturer and web browser you are using, the web pages (Cookies or IP request) you visited or the features you’ve used while using the Services. All this information is necessary to us in order to perform our Services and may be shared with businesses such as advertisers and/or sponsors.

3. Sharing of Personal Information

Except in cases stated herein, Plizy will not share your Personal Information with any unaffiliated third party without your prior consent, unless it is required by Law to do so.

Plizy may share your Personal Information with third parties for joint marketing, promotions of services and/or events that may interest you. Any such transfer of your Personal Information with third parties shall comply with confidentiality and security obligations required by Plizy.

Plizy may appoint third party service providers (companies and individuals) in order to administer and/or facilitate our Services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of our Services’ features), to provide the Services on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how Services are used. In this context, Plizy may share your Personal Information with third party service providers only to perform these tasks on our behalf. Any such transfer of your Personal Information to any third party service providers shall comply with confidentiality and security obligations required by Plizy.

Plizy may also share aggregated information that includes Non Personal Information and Log Data with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling, and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services. Any aggregated information shared in these contexts, will not contain personally identifiable information. Plizy will not share your Personal Information without your consent, subject to the following limitations. Your username may be displayed as part of the Services.

5. Social Networks

Plizy Users can interact with and use certain social networks (e.g. Twitter, Facebook) via the Services. If you decide to access third-party social networks via the Services, you understand that we will access and store your account information for the applicable social network. You further agree that any content that you have posted to a third-party social network may be also available via the Services. Also, as a Plizy user, you can share content with your connections on certain social networks. If you choose to share content with your connections, Plizy will require your connection’s name, email address and/or social network username. Plizy will automatically send your connections a one-time email. Plizy stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

6. Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement

Plizy cooperates with government and law enforcement. Plizy may disclose any information about you if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (ii) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (iv) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Plizy, its Plizy Users or the public as required or permitted by law.

7. Corporate change of control

If Plizy or substantially all of its assets are acquired as a result of a merger, acquisition, reorganization or liquidation, your Personal Information may be transferred as an asset.

8. Security

Plizy is committed to protecting all your personal information and takes all commercially and technically reasonable measures in order to ensure that your Personal Information is held in a proper manner and securely. However Plizy can not warrant the total security of the Services and Plizy shall not be liable in the event your Information is intercepted by third parties while using the Services. In absence of negligence of our part, Plizy shall not be liable for any loss or deletion you may suffer if third parties get an unauthorized access to your Personal Information.

9. Links to Other Sites

The Services contains links to other websites and online services. We offer links to other Web sites. Please note that those other websites and online services may observe privacy standards different from ours and the collection and use of your personal information will be governed by the privacy policies on those other sites.

10. Updating your Personal Information

If your request concerns disclosure, modification, or deletion of your Personal Information, Plizy will answer to your request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Please note that if you are a Plizy User of the Services, Plizy provides you with tools in order to modify your Personal Information you provided to us when you created your account. You may also email us at privacy@plizy.com if you would like us to delete your personal information. The deletion of your Personal Information will cancel your Plizy account and registration. We will use all commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Minors' and Children's Privacy

No part of the Services is directed to children under age 13 and Plizy will not knowingly collect Personal Information from any child underage 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, please contact us at privacy@plizy.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
To register or place an order through a Plizy account, you must have reached the age of majority and have legal capacity to enter into a contract. Otherwise Plizy will delete your Personal Information from our records.

12. Changes to this Policy

In accordance with laws and regulations, Plizy may revise, in our sole discretion, and at any time, this Privacy Policy and you agree to be bound by such modifications of the Privacy Policy. The most current version of the Privacy Policy will govern our use of your information and will always be accessible at plizy.com/privacy.
